Biography
Metaverse (Alex Vargyasi) is one of the pioneers in Hhungary, who dedicates to keeping the spirit of goa trance alive. He is a co-founder of Lunar 604 Events, the collective that reignited goa trance in the local party scene and brought it back from the ashes. Alex began his journey as both a DJ and party organizer in 2017, quickly becoming a central figure in Hungary’s underground psychedelic culture. In 2023, he played a key role in supporting and helping the Suntrip team bring the legendary Apsara Festival to Hungary. His DJ sets are carefully crafted journeys: starting with harder, blasting, twisting energies, and gradually unfolding into more melodic soundscapes. Recently, Alex has also been experimenting with blending different styles from the oldschool era, weaving not only goa trance but also elements of trance and hard trance into his storytelling.
